The Production Supervisor is responsible for the organisation of work in the manufacturing department on shift. This is a full-time role operating on a 4-cycle shift pattern, with the requirement to work both day and night shifts, as well as every second weekend. You will be responsible for the day-to-day production activities of the production area and also for co-operating with Quality on all aspects of the implementation of quality policies, procedures and activities related to this standard. You will ensure that the team is properly trained and adequate equipment are available to comply with the Quality system, in order to meet all customer and regulatory requirements.
