Charter Medical Private Hospital (CMPH) is a 77-bed surgical hospital located on the outskirts of Mullingar with four operating theatres and an endoscopy unit. We provide a wide range of surgical care across multiple specialties and offer 24/7 Stepdown, Minor Injuries, and Rapid Access services in collaboration with the HSE.
Role Summary The Theatre Manager provides senior clinical leadership, strategic management and operational oversight and the Theatre Department. Working in partnership with the Director of Nursing and senior management team, the post holder ensures the delivery of safe, effective and efficient perioperative services. This includes the management of staff, scheduling of theatre lists, optimisation of resources and promotion of a patient-centred culture in line with national standards, professional codes of practice and CMPH governance frameworks.
