ROLE PROFILE:  The Logistics Support Operative Role is an integral function in our Plant, Transport and Logistics Department. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring our depot remains in a safe and secure condition and that all company assets are managed in a controlled and efficient manner.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: General management of depot facilities in terms of maintaining a safe, tidy and controlled work environment. Recording and reporting of material/plant deliveries and collections at the depot location. Recording and reporting of delivery/collection of company and/or hired assets and machinery to suppliers/site locations. Recording and reporting of issue and return of assets and equipment to site personnel. Ad hoc plant and vehicle inspections as required by the Plant & Transport Coordinator.
