MAIN DUTIES/JOB DESCRIPTION - TIG Welding - Stainless Steel Interpret all engineering drawings. Fabricate components, assemble components, and install components. Operations include ; layout and mark steel for cutting, burning, sawing, shearing, punching, rolling, bending, and drilling, shaping, forming, straightening Metal fabrication includes welding, bolting, riveting, inspecting, priming, painting, rigging, and handling of subcomponents. Employ furnaces or hand torches to heat up materials to make them more flexible for bending or manipulation into the correct specification Maneuver fabrication machines, such as grinders, drill presses, brakes, rolls, shears and flame cutters to cut, bend, grind and adjust materials Make templates for common work tasks when conducting repetitive motions for the fabrication process to ensure a set standard of work quality Fork truck handling.
