Principle Accountabilities: Produce high quality products in the right quantity according to Work instructions and Production Targets. Work effectively with all team members to assist in the continuous improvement of systems and processes and ensure best practice is consistently applied. The company are seeking Manufacturing Specialists to work on a 4 cycle shift pattern. The Manufacturing Specialist is a member of the production team who is responsible for supporting daily operations of production, monitoring product and processes in compliance with standard operating procedures to ensure all customer and standard requirements are met. Successful candidates will have good literacy and numeracy skills, and communication skills.  They will be excellent at following instructions, will be conscientious, self motivated and detail oriented.
