Job duties include: · Digital dictation/ audio typing · Providing secretarial support and assistance to solicitors · Maintaining client files including photocopying, scanning, and filing (to include both paper and electronic files) The successful candidate will have the following: · 2 years' previous Legal / Secretarial experience which is ESSENTIAL  · Excellent digital skills. · Excellent typing speeds. · Attention to detail / accuracy vital. · Have an excellent phone manner.  

Midlands – Westmeath/Offaly Area   A Westmeath/Offaly based medical practice is currently recruiting for a Dictaphone Typist / Medical Secretary to cover a period of leave. The job opportunity is for an initial 6-month fixed term. This role will primarily involve the typing up of letters dictated by clinical staff. Other duties and responsibilities will include: Scheduling appointments. Dealing with patient queries face to face and all telephone queries. Responsible for taking payments, cashing up and balancing books. Supporting doctors and admin team with all admin and ad hoc duties. Office filing, scanning, updating Patient database and Retrieving patient charts. Experience Required: Touch/Dictaphone typing skills in a medical environment are essential combined with IT skills.
