The purpose of this post is to support and enhance the hospital’s systems for Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and Clinical Risk Management, in line with HSE, CHKS & HIQA National Standards for Safer Better Healthcare. The post holder will play a key role in promoting a culture of quality and safety, coordinating quality improvement initiatives, supporting risk identification and mitigation, and ensuring compliance with relevant governance, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
