We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dairy Farm Assistant to join our team on a 130 cow herd in Rosemount, Moate, Co. Westmeath. As part of our team, we would hope that you would take the lead role with the dairy enterprise that is milking cows, sire selection, grass management, herd nutrition, herd vaccination programme, maintain the high EBI status of the herd.  In addition we would hope that you would assist with other Farm Work such as calving supervision and calf rearing (Jan. to Apr.), light machinery duties - feeding cattle and general farm maintenance.  Excellent opportunity for someone to work on a farm where the dairy scores are in the top 10% in the country.  Salary based on experience.
