Salary is dependent on experience. As an assembly technician, you will play a key role in producing a finished trailer to the highest level of quality in Robinson's manufacturing facility. This role will include working with various materials and tasks including plumbing with nylon hose, wiring and fitting pre-made looms and assembling pre-manufactured parts. Responsibilities: * Independence at work while also been part of a team * Be punctual, organised and tidy * Assembly of semi-trailers with pre-made parts and looms * Adhere to all health and safety statements, regulations and matters while practicing the same Full training will be provided. Overtime is optional once fully trained. If you have an interest in cars, machinery or hydraulics then this role will be for you.  

We are looking for someone who has good all round experience in stores / parts 1.      This is a physical hands on roll that requires a good level of fitness. 2.      Dealing with parts   - high volume of different parts coming in and going out at the same time. 3.      Knowledge of the actual parts, so preferably someone form motor trade, manufacturing,  agricultural or forestry backgrounds. 4.      Ability to drive fork truck to load and unload & organise paper work in timely manner around same. 5.      Stock counting. 6.      Stock organisation skills. 7.      Training will be provided. 8.      Comply with all Health and Safety requirements. Experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential to this role We will also consider applicants with no experience but a good work ethic and looking towards a career in manufacturing. Salary will be linked to experience for this role.

Full Job Description We are looking for a candidate with strong all-round experience in a busy production or manufacturing environment or a self starter who has experience with agri or forestry machinery. Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role. Managing parts including a high volume of varied components coming in and going out. Maintaining strong knowledge of parts; ideally suited to someone from the motor trade, manufacturing, or experience with Agri or forestry .
