They have an established Midlands / North West Team and are seeking to hire an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them in their Midlands office. Ideally you will have a relevant third level construction related qualification, preferably with Mechanical contracting experience. You will have worked with recognised contractors and have at least 3yrs experience under your belt. This is a busy role, managing sub contract payments, claims, variations, procurement and client negotiations. You will report into the commercial manager but will be happy working autonomously, managing your own projects. My client is a leading multinational construction group with operations globally and locally. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer who will be based out of their Kildare office with a remote/hybrid option.  The role includes developing high-quality, comprehensive, in-house technical designs and specifications, as well as validating external consultant designs. The role will also be responsible for supporting the construction delivery teams during the project delivery phase through to close out and handover.
