AllPro Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join a Day Services team based in Johnstown, Co. Kildare .
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a person-centred, multidisciplinary environment supporting adults with disabilities to achieve their communication, swallowing, and overall wellbeing goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality assessment, intervention, and clinical leadership while promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for adults presenting with communication and/or swallowing difficulties.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised therapy programmes based on service users' needs and goals.
Manage a varied caseload, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, person-centred care.
