Are you passionate about social inclusion and empowering others? We are seeking a dedicated TRLEI Coordinator / Job Coach to support members of the Traveller and Roma communities in accessing employment, education, and training opportunities. In this vital role, you will work directly with jobseekers to unlock their potential, while simultaneously building bridges with local employers and statutory agencies to create inclusive employment pathways. This targeted, locally based support is a key part of the actions under the National Traveller and Roma Inclusion Strategy II and are funded by the Department of Children, Disability and Equality. TRLEI is national programmes that will be managed and delivered by BTTC at a local level on behalf of government that promote equality and inclusion.
