PRINT MACHINE OPERATORS

• Initial 3-month contract
• Strong possibility of extension to a permanent role
• 40 hours per week
• Shifts: 8am–4pm / 4pm–12am, Monday–Friday (no weekends)

We are partnering exclusively with Steripack, a leading global provider in the medical device manufacturing sector, to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Print Machine Operator.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Print Machine Operator will play a vital role in the safe and efficient setup, operation, and performance monitoring of production machinery. You will ensure products meet the highest quality standards while contributing to the smooth and consistent running of the production line.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up production machinery in accordance with schedules, product specifications, and quality standards
• Take ownership of production line performance, ensuring targets for output, quality, and efficiency are consistently achieved
• Monitor and record downtime, productivity issues, and quality variances, taking proactive steps to minimise losses
• Carry out in-process checks to ensure stable and reliable machine performance
• Test finished products and accurately document results in approved quality records
• Coordinate daily activities of team members to maintain a seamless workflow
• Maintain an organised and clean working environment, applying 5S principles at all times
• Adhere strictly to all Health and Safety policies and promote safe working practices

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating machinery in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience within a medical device, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated environment is highly advantageous
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes
