The Role:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the safe setup, operation and performance of the Ultra Machine, ensuring production targets, quality standards and efficiency are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating the Ultra Machine in line with production schedules.
• Monitoring machine performance, output and product quality.
• Carrying out in-process quality checks and recording production data.
• Troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalating where required.
• Minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area in line with 5S principles.
• Following all Health & Safety, GMP and quality procedures.
• Working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

• At least 3 years' experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, packaging or another regulated industry is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with automated production equipment.
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
