About the role
We’re looking for someone who brings common sense, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to throw themselves into new tasks. You don’t need years of experience . This is a role where you’ll learn a lot, get broad exposure to how a growing business operates, and be trusted to take ownership of your work.
This role supports both our HR and Operations teams. You’ll work directly with the Head of People & Operations to keep things running smoothly, whether that’s helping onboard new starters, managing internal admin, supporting projects, or chasing down invoices.
What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day HR admin: onboarding paperwork, reference checks, contract admin, absence tracking, probation reviews, holiday tracking.
Supporting recruitment: coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters, posting roles, and managing candidate comms.
Operations support: updating internal trackers, supporting project paperwork, supplier forms, expense reports, invoice chasing.
Systems admin: updating Notion, Deel, Sharepoint, and other internal tools to keep information clean and accurate.
Employee support: first point of contact for general admin queries across the team.
General office and remote admin: arranging team events, training days, travel bookings, equipment orders, etc.
What we’re looking for
1-3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations role (or strong admin experience from a different industry).
Strong common sense and sound judgement.
Willing to take on new tasks and figure things out.
Comfortable using systems (we use Notion, Deel, Sharepoint, Microsoft office)
Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
A strong communicator who can keep things clear and moving.
Proactive approach to spotting and solving small issues before they become bigger problems.
