As Store Manager, you are the heartbeat of the operation. You won’t just be sitting in an office, you’ll be on the floor, inspiring your team and engaging with customers. Your mission:
Empower & Motivate: Turn a group of employees into a high-performing team through hands-on coaching and a "lead by example" culture.
Drive the Business: Work with your Regional Manager to hit KPIs, optimize margins, and find creative ways to grow sales.
Excellence in Execution: Ensure our fresh food offerings and store presentation are the best in Mullingar.
Safety First: Champion a proactive HSE culture where the well-being of your team and customers is the top priority.
We are looking for a "people person" with a sharp commercial mind. You should have:
Leadership: 2-3 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
Commercial Savvy: A proven track record of hitting targets, managing stock, and understanding the "why" behind the numbers (P&L, waste, and margins).
Tech Literacy: Comfortable with MS Office and retail reporting systems.
Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude that thrives under pressure and embraces new initiatives with ease.
People: Recruitment, induction, and bespoke training for your team.
Operations: Mastering stock control, clever merchandising, and efficient rostering.
Compliance: Maintaining gold-standard health, safety, and GDPR records.
Growth: Identifying upselling opportunities and training your team to spot them too.
