Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 4–5 years’ experience in site engineering who is looking to progress their career on high-quality construction projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring works are carried out accurately, safely, and in line with project specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set out and survey works in accordance with drawings and project requirements
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and accuracy
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors, and design teams
• Monitor progress on site and assist in maintaining project programmes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Maintain accurate site records, measurements, and reporting documentation
• Identify and resolve engineering and construction issues as they arise
• Support the delivery of projects on time and within budget

Requirements

• 4–5 years’ experience in a Site Engineer role
• Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Strong setting out and surveying experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical information
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Full clean driver’s licence
• Proficiency with engineering software and Microsoft Office
