If so, my client based in Co. Roscommon is looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager (hybrid) for their facility.

As the Customer Service Manager, you will manage your customer service team, oversee the daily operations and performance of the customer service function.  This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, along with experience using CRM systems to support effective case management and reporting.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer records in compliance with GDPR.
  • Provide data analysis & reporting & maintain CRM system.
  • Manage customer invoicing, credit notes.
  • Cross-training for customer service team
  • Will liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues & improve processes.
  • Contribute to wider team objectives, helping achieve service targets/KPI’s and business goals.
  • Monitor customer service performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years customer service team lead/management experience - essential
  • Experience managing & leading a team.
  • Ability to delegate tasks, manage team workloads & cross-training
  • Proficient in CRM/ERP i.e. Salesforce preferable & MS office applications
  • Strong customer focus – handling customer queries/complaints.
  • Strategic and solutions-focused mindset
  • Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading change.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support business needs outside normal office hours when required
