About the Role
ACT is seeking a Clinical Lead to lead and support our team of counsellors, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and service delivery.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a dynamic professional with the vision, skill set, and ambition to review, strengthen, and grow ACT’s counselling service. The postholder will oversee clinical operations, develop innovative service initiatives, and contribute to ACT’s strategic goals while maintaining direct engagement with clients and counsellors.
This role combines hands-on clinical oversight with team leadership and operational management. The successful candidate will provide mentorship and guidance to accredited and pre-accredited counsellors, maintain a manage a clinical caseload, and collaborate with the Service Director to uphold best practice and continuous improvement across the service.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the ongoing review and growth of ACT’s counselling service, identifying opportunities for innovation, expansion, and improved community access.
