Registered General Nurse

AllPro Recruitment is currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a Day Services team within the public health sector based in Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to adults attending day services.
• Assess individual needs and develop, implement, and review personalised care plans.
• Promote dignity, independence, choice, and quality of life for all service users.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with HIQA standards, organisational policies, and NMBI professional guidelines.
• Support and encourage participation in community, recreational, and social activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Current registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in disability services, community nursing, or a similar setting is desirable.
• A full, clean driving licence is preferred.
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
