Location: Birr, Co. Offaly
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a number of Factory Operatives for a leading food manufacturing company based in Birr, Co. Offaly.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the production team to achieve daily production targets.

  • Follow production plans to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Minimise waste and maximise production yields.

  • Complete all production and quality documentation accurately.

  • Carry out product changeovers, label changes and other production tasks.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping throughout the production area.

  • Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different production departments.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or meat processing environment.

  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and quality management systems.

  • Experience operating production machinery.
