Barista/Food Preperation Assistant - Flexible

At Soul Coffee Drive Thru, our staff are more than just coffee & food experts—they are the heart of our customers’ daily experience. As a team member, you’ll craft delicious, high-quality beverages & foods while creating genuine connections with every customer. You’ll be part of a supportive team that fosters a warm and welcoming environment. 

Availability: 3 - 4 days per week. Must be able to work flexible hours Monday- Sunday, including early mornings. Approx time 5.30am to 2.30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and engaging customer service.
• Take accurate orders and prepare handcrafted beverages.
• Preparation and serving of foods/sandwiches 
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere.
• Anticipate customer needs and ensure a smooth experience.
• Adhere to food safety and quality standards.
• Handle cash and operate the register efficiently.
• Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance.
• Remain calm and professional in an extremely fast-paced environment.
