Social Care Worker

AllPro Recruitment is currently recruiting a CORU Registered Social Care Worker on behalf of our client in public health. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team providing high-quality, person-centred care and support within the community.

This is an initial 3-month full-time contract, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans.
• Promote independence, dignity and social inclusion for service users.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate records and complete reports as required.
• Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and maximise their quality of life.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and best practice.

Requirements

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A full, clean driving licence is desirable.
• Previous experience in a community or disability setting is advantageous.
