Senior Marketing Executive

AllPro Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Senior Marketing Executive on behalf of our client, one of Ireland’s leading electrical retail brands. As the business continues to strengthen its brand and digital presence, they are seeking an experienced and commercially focused marketing professional to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to take a senior role within a well-established and growing Irish retail organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver national and local marketing campaigns.
• Support the development and implementation of the Expert brand strategy.
• Manage marketing content across social media, website, email and digital platforms.
• Coordinate promotional activity with member stores, suppliers, agencies and media partners.
• Develop marketing materials, campaign toolkits and communications.
• Support supplier-funded marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign and digital performance and provide regular reporting.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights.
• Support the planning and delivery of events, conferences and retail promotions.
• Build strong relationships with members, suppliers and external agencies.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Skills & Experience

• Degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ marketing experience, ideally within retail, consumer or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms would be advantageous.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar would be beneficial.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally within Ireland.
