Job Description
We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who are comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential – full on-the-job training will be provided.
The Role
As a General Operative, you will work as part of our production team manufacturing precast concrete products.
Duties may include:
- Preparing moulds for concrete production
- Assisting with pouring and finishing concrete
- Cleaning and preparing moulds between production
- Moving and handling materials
- Assisting skilled operatives, steel fixers and production teams
- Using hand and power tools
- General production and yard duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Following all company health and safety procedures

- Able to work well as part of a team
- Willing to learn and take instruction
- Safety conscious
- Eligible to work in Ireland
- Able to reliably commute to their facility in Banagher, Co. Offaly
