About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Mullingar.

The successful candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work accurately in a busy environment. Valid forklift licences across the required forklift types are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check and put away incoming materials and goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare materials and products for dispatch.
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries.
• Complete stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Update warehouse systems and complete relevant documentation.
• Process delivery notes, goods received notes and other warehouse paperwork.
• Carry out general warehouse administration.
• Ensure materials and products are stored correctly and safely.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Work closely with production, logistics and other departments.
• Support the warehouse team during busy periods.
• Follow all Health & Safety, quality and company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with warehouse administration and documentation.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use warehouse/stock management systems.
• Full and valid forklift licences with practical operating experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, flexible and hardworking approach.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety and quality standards.
