Trend Technologies Ireland is a leading manufacturer of precision plastic injection moulded components and assemblies for the healthcare, medical technology and life sciences sectors. Based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, our team plays a vital role in producing high-quality products that support some of the world's most innovative healthcare technologies.
We are seeking a Quality Coordinator (QC) to join our Quality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build your career within a regulated manufacturing environment while supporting quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
The role will operate on a 4-cycle shift pattern, including day and night shifts, with every second weekend rostered on.
About the Role
The QC is responsible for monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and company requirements. The role supports quality systems, inspections, audits and process improvements to help deliver the highest standard of product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements
- Support quality systems activities, including batch record generation, documentation control and compliance with ISO standards
- Participate in investigations CAPA, non-conformance activities and process improvements
- Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Third-level qualification in Quality or related discipline, or experience in a similar role
- 1-2 years’ experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and manage multiple priorities effectively.
