Job Description
Precast Tekla/Revit Modeler & Detailer
We are seeking an experienced Precast Tekla/Revit Modeler & Detailer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D precast concrete models, producing detailed fabrication and erection drawings, and coordinating with engineering, production, and project teams to deliver projects efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain precast concrete models using Tekla Structures and/or Autodesk Revit.
- Produce accurate shop drawings, reinforcement details, assembly drawings, and erection drawings.
- Detail precast elements, connections, embeds, cast-ins, and lifting systems.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
- Prepare material schedules, quantity take-offs, and production information.
- Ensure drawings and models comply with project requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.
- Support manufacturing and site teams with technical queries and design revisions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures and/or Autodesk Revit.
- Experience in precast concrete detailing and BIM workflows.
- Strong understanding of reinforced concrete construction and detailing practices.
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
