We are currently recruiting for a full-time civil engineer with a strong interest in residential construction and who has a good working knowledge of Building Regulations and Technical Guidance Documents A-M. The role will be varied and the successful candidate will work alongside our design team and assist in the preparation of civil/structural & fire safety design on small to medium-sized residential and commercial projects.   Minimum 3 year of CAD design and drafting experience Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Knowledge of design and engineering principles Highly detail-oriented Strong analytical and organizational skills Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD & Revit §   Be a good communicator both written and oral. Drafts and optimizes general plan drawings Revises drawings and completes standard calculations Conducts field visits to locate grading markers and collect data Attends team meetings to delineate design requirements Participates in specialty design work as needed Manages and organizes CAD files Salary Salary is negotiable and dependent on candidate’s experience.
