Civil Engineering Project Manager

My client is a top tier contractor with a presence across Ireland & Europe. They are currently undertaking the construction of a large renewables energy project in Co Meath and are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager.

Ideally you will hold a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with at least 5-7yrs experience, preferably on similar renewables solar or wind farm developments. Duties will include;

• Planning, controlling and managing the delivery of your project utilising the necessary resources and skills, within the agreed parameters of budget, timescales and quality.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage project teams, including direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring efficient delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and health & safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Carry out regular site inspections to verify adherence to specifications, safety procedures, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage and coordinate external consultants.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during construction, implementing effective and timely solutions.
• Provide clear and consistent reporting to the Renewables / T&D Division Operations Manager.
