Job Description

Property Administrator / Lettings Assistant

Location: Tullamore, Co. Offaly
Industry: Auctioneering & Property Lettings
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are a busy and established auctioneering and letting agency based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, seeking a friendly, motivated and organised individual to join our team.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideally suited to someone who enjoys working with people, can manage a busy workload and is comfortable handling both property-related duties and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate’s day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with tenants, landlords, clients and members of the public in a professional and friendly manner
  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
  • Contacting and liaising with tradespeople and service providers
  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries
  • General office administration, including filing and maintaining records
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of rental properties
  • Providing general support to the auctioneering and lettings team as required

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable and professional
  • Motivated, driven and able to use their own initiative
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident dealing with clients, tenants and tradespeople
  • Comfortable using computers, email and standard office software
  • Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The holder of a full, clean driving licence

Previous experience in property, lettings, administration or customer service would be an advantage, but is not essential for a candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
