T.E.A.M. (Temporary Emergency Accommodation Midlands) is a registered charity providing emergency accommodation to women and children that are homeless in the Midlands area. We are inviting applications for the position of Cleaning Operative. Cleaning Operative The successful applicants will be required to carry out assigned cleaning duties on a part-time basis over 5 mornings (Monday-Friday). Maintenance person required to support a Property Company in Mullingar Town Handyman wanted.  Approx 16 hours a week. Max 20 hours.    Main duty: external property maintenance which includes but not limited to weeding, pruning, leaf removal, power hosing, decluttering etc  Other duties: organise access to rental properties for maintenance/upkeep, handover of property keys. Minor DIY such as furniture movement, changing of light bulbs, hanging signage etc  Experience in garden maintenance essential. Must have own transport. Good with people, flexible, email access.
