Irish Casing Company is looking to hire an Office Administrator for Quality/Production Office. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, handling communications, and providing support for staff. Key duties include producing labels, maintaining records, documents and databases for food safety and production systems.  It also includes preparing reports, readying shipments for dispatch.  You will be working closely with the Quality Manager to maintain and improve food safety/HACCP systems.
