Our client, a major construction firm are looking to hire a   HR Operations Manager   for their Head Office in the Co. Dublin area Required: 5+ years managing a HR operations team in a multi-site, multi-jurisdictional organisation Proven track record in HR service delivery, process improvement and data integrity Experience with HR systems, reporting, payroll data flows, and compliance across Ireland, the UK or Europe Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive operational excellence Degree in HR, Business or related field (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent) CIPD Level 7 or Postgraduate HR qualification Desirable: Experience in construction, engineering, or other complex professional services Exposure to continuous improvement, process mapping and RACI models Leading teams supporting large-scale HRIS or payroll transformations Process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification Training in employment law,...
