Decotek Automotive Ltd., a leading manufacturer of automotive components, is seeking an experienced Cell Leader to join our Production team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a production Cell to ensure all products are manufactured safely, to the highest quality standards, and delivered on time. This is a key leadership role requiring strong people management skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a hands-on approach to achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate day-to-day production activities within the Cell.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Monitor production performance, scrap, and rework levels.
Train, develop, and motivate team members.
Drive continuous improvement and 6S initiatives.
