Cell Leader – Decotek Automotive Ltd. (Collinstown, Co. Westmeath)

Decotek Automotive Ltd., a leading manufacturer of automotive components, is seeking an experienced Cell Leader to join our Production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a production Cell to ensure all products are manufactured safely, to the highest quality standards, and delivered on time. This is a key leadership role requiring strong people management skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a hands-on approach to achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day production activities within the Cell.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Monitor production performance, scrap, and rework levels.

• Train, develop, and motivate team members.

• Drive continuous improvement and 6S initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Microsoft Office and SAP.

• Results-driven with a focus on quality and efficiency.
