We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join the Timber frame team. The team consists of 2 shift managers and 6 supervisors. Role Purpose The Supervisor is responsible for the organisation and monitoring of the team to assist them to achieve key objectives. The Supervisor will drive performance and assess progress of his/her team by regular measurement against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
