Role and responsibilities include but not limited to: Report to project management team and provide weekly/monthly updates on programme and subcontractors progress. Manage site staff and all contractors coming on to your project and currently on your Project. Constant interaction and guidance to construction operatives on site. As the Site Manager you will work closely and report to your Project Manager, Contracts Manager/Director to ensure business objectives and project strategies are met and exceeded. Take responsibility for managing day to day activities on-site throughout the project lifecycle, assist Project Team to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.
