We are recruiting for a valued client working in the Pharma Construction sector across Ireland. They have an established Midlands / North West Team and are seeking to hire an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them in their Midlands office. Ideally you will have a relevant third level construction related qualification, preferably with Mechanical contracting experience. You will have worked with recognised contractors and have at least 3yrs experience under your belt. This is a busy role, managing sub contract payments, claims, variations, procurement and client negotiations. You will report into the commercial manager but will be happy working autonomously, managing your own projects.
