The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Daily operational management over the kitchen
Co-ordinating and managing food orders
Generating new dishes and bar food menus
Overseeing stock management
Management of work roster and any staffing issues
Assisting with the recruitment and selection of kitchen and food staff
Ensuring kitchen is run profitably, keeping an eye on the bottom line
Ensuring the highest standards of health & safety
Required
Min 2 yrs previous Head Chef experience
An extremely up-beat positive approach to work
Strong track record of running a fast-paced food environment
Good levels of competence in kitchen budgeting
