On behalf of our client in public health, we are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join a dedicated team based in Killarney . This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a multidisciplinary service, supporting service users to maximise their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life in a person-centred environment. Main Duties
Support service users in accordance with person-centred care plans, promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
Build positive, professional relationships with service users while encouraging participation in daily living, social, and community activities.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of individual care and support plans.
Promote the rights, welfare, and safeguarding of service users at all times.
