We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a diverse role that combines sign manufacturing and design. You will be a key player in producing and installing high-quality signage for businesses throughout the Midlands, including fitting raised letters on shopfronts and other commercial spaces.

Role Overview:

At Flagship Signs, every project is unique. As part of our team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including the manufacture and installation of custom signage solutions. This could include fitting raised letters on shopfronts, applying vinyl graphics, installing vehicle wraps, and more. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of products and interact with clients from diverse industries.

While no two days will be the same, you’ll need to be versatile, proactive, and eager to develop new skills. Previous experience in sign-making or installation is a plus, but we’re happy to provide training for the right candidate. The role is physical in nature, involving tasks such as lifting materials and working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and install a variety of signage products, including raised letters on shopfronts, vinyl graphics, and vehicle wraps.
• Prepare and fit signage elements to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Work with different materials, including metal, acrylic, and wood, to create bespoke signage.
• Install and maintain signage on-site, ensuring all installations are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in sign-making, carpentry, or electrical work is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with fitting raised letters on shopfronts and installing signage in a variety of environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
• Strong work ethic and a clean, organized approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own work.
• Capable of managing multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• A full clean driving licence is required.
