Crane Fitter/Installer

We are looking to hire an experienced crane fitter to join our production team. If you have experience fitting cranes and can problem solve this is the perfect role for you.

Temporary accommodation is available if required.

We are based in an idyllic setting in Portnahinch, Portarlington, no more crazy commutes and sitting in traffic. We are a diverse and multicultural team thriving on growth, processes and team co-operation.

Salary from €18 per hour depending on level of experience. Overtime is available but not mandatory. Temporary accommodation is available with this position.

The Crane Fitter role

What you’ll do

The role will involve fitting of branded cranes to the trailers that we build here at the Factory.

Responsibilities Include:

· Work Safely

· Set-up, operate and maintain and take ownership of the role.

· Use of overhead crane, forklift, all hand tools, air tools, electric tools, hand torches.

· Experience in agricultural machinery/crushing.

· Reading hydraulic and electrical diagrams.

· Hydraulic wiring.

· Hydraulic plumbing.

· Good hydraulic knowledge and know how.

· Good knowledge of plant machinery.

· Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting.

· Training will be provided.

· Good communication skills, work independently and as part of a team.
