Contracts/Operations Manager

My client is a growing design & build contractor with an exceptional reputation with its client base built up over the past decade. They have enjoyed steady year on year growth and have now reached the stage where they need to add to their team and strengthen senior management  structure to help maintain this growth.

As a result, they are hiring an experienced Operations Manager or Senior Contracts Manager to join the business and Ardale Recruitment have been exclusively retained to find the right individual. The ideal candidate will come with at least 10yrs management experience, preferably with a tier 1 contractor and with high end fit out experience a must have. 

You will be tasked with the following;

• Managing a team of Project Leads and Site Managers
• Liaising daily with the Managing Director and Pre Construction Director on project progress and commercial performance as well as pipeline projects
• Working closely with the Commercial Manager, evaluating best practices ensuring project profitability
• Determining in advance resourcing and staffing needs
• Building & developing client, supplier and sub contractor relationships
• Strong client interfacing 

This is a long term role and a key hire for this business as they progress in their growth and you will be an organised and structured person with excellent team playing skills with the ability to keep the plates spinning.
