Hugo Loonam Motors award winning motor dealers in the Midlands, are looking for an experienced Service Receptionist to join our front of house team. The successful applicant will assist the front of house team and service department.

We are looking for a person who take responsibility and pride in their role, values accuracy and has a pleasant and customer focused mindset.

The Role:

·         Meet and great all customers professionally and efficiently.

·         Daily running of reception area.

·         Be practical and organised, with strong administration skills.

·         Call and email management.

·         Have strong product knowledge, with a proven ability to understand retail, warranty and internal service sales processes.

·         Utilising manufacturer and company standards and best practice.

·         Appointment bookings, job scheduling and liaising with our customers and internal departments.

·         Provide excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and recommendation.

·         Experience of handling cash receipts and payments.

Essential Skills:

·         2+ years’ experience in a similar role essential. Preferable in motor industry.

·         Highly professional and excellent customer service skills.

·         Excellent at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.

·         Work well under pressure and as part of a team.

·         Must enjoy working on the telephone and have a clear, pleasant telephone manner.

·         Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills and a customer focused background.

·         Proficiency in word, excel and outlook is essential.

·         Capable of coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments.

·         Display a professional, courteous manner at all times.

KEY Competencies

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL, PREVIOUS MOTOR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE PREFERABLE BUT NOT NECESSARY
