Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Executive to support our next phase of growth. This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure across the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to relationship management and market development.

You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the successful introduction of innovative products into the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and develop new B2B clients within the bioprocessing and life sciences sectors
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Support product launches and contribute to bringing innovative engineering solutions to market
  • Conduct market, competitor, and company research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to meet sales targets and client expectations
  • Manage and maintain accurate records within the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

About You

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, biopharma, or life sciences (or a strong interest in these sectors)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving organisation
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer value
  • Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes
