Job Description
We are an established, agile team delivering diverse, high-impact projects across Europe. Due to our small team structure, we are seeking an experienced Android Developer who wants full ownership of the project life cycle—from architecture to deployment.
What You Will Do
- Own the Product: Have full inclusion in the development lifecycle, from technical design to final deployment.
- Build Modern Android Apps: Develop high-performance, native applications.
- Influence Architecture: Actively shape the app's structure and UX in a collaborative, small-team environment.
- Maintain Quality: Write clean, testable code, participating in code reviews and improving app performance.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in professional Android development, ideally with a focus on Kotlin.
- Full Cycle Experience: Proven ability to handle the full SDLC, including publishing to the Google Play Store.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in highly agile environments, adapting quickly to changes.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of MVVM/MVI, Coroutines, and Jetpack Compose.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a small, flat team structure.

KEY Competencies
