We are a B2B services firm expanding our portfolio to bridge that gap between the growing AI knowledge base out there and local SME businesses drowning in busy work. We are building a panel of AI talent to help our clients move past the "chatbot" phase and into proper Agentic AI and Workflow Automation.
We aren't looking for academics; we are looking for technical people who can build secure, scalable systems to help companies get on the road towards workflow automation. Basically to tell them not only about their known unknowns but also their unknown unknowns about setting up agentic systems.
Our preference is that you will be located in or be within 1 hour's drive of the Midlands region - call us old-fashioned, we and our customers like the personal touch.
You are a hybrid: part high-level engineer, part strategic consultant. You understand that an AI solution is only as good as its integration and security.
Core Expertise Required:
Agentic AI: Proven experience building autonomous agents and multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen).
AI Automation: Mastery of connecting LLMs to business workflows via tools like n8n, Make, or custom Python integrations.
Cybersecurity First: Deep understanding of data privacy, OWASP for LLMs, and securing proprietary business data within AI pipelines.
Commercial Awareness: You can translate "token costs" and "latency" into ROI and business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Conduct AI readiness audits for our B2B clients.
Design and deploy custom Agentic Workflows that automate complex, multi-step business processes.
Ensure all deployments meet rigorous cybersecurity and GDPR standards.
Act as a fractional CTO/AI Lead for businesses scaling their internal AI capabilities.
