We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of a growing short-term rental portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or property experience who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems in real time, and delivering excellent guest experiences.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring properties operate smoothly, guests are well looked after, and operational standards are consistently high.

This is a part-time position, 3 days per week (Monday-Friday) with flexibility around working days/times for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations across multiple short-term rental units
  • Manage booking flow, availability, and pricing updates across Airbnb and other platforms
  • Deliver a high-quality guest experience: handling enquiries, check-ins/outs, and resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinate and supervise housekeeping teams to ensure fast, high-standard turnarounds
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintain quality control standards
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance works, contractors, and urgent repairs
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels (linens, toiletries, consumables)
  • Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Handle on-the-ground problem solving

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, property, or operations (short-term rentals preferred)
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with a guest-first approach
  • Comfortable using platforms such as Airbnb, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously
