Job Description

Our client, a leading international technical engineering and construction partner operating across the UK, Ireland, and Mainland Europe, are looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Support Technician for their office in the Leixlip area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to end-users and assist in resolving their IT issues effectively.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices.
  • Provide second-level support by phone, email, and remote desktop.
  • Deliver deskside support to users on various company sites.
  • Configure and install hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals and install software as required.
  • Escalating technical issues to other teams when necessary.
  • Handling phone calls and emails as needed.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in ICT helpdesk and end-user support.
  • Proficiency in setting up smart devices, including iOS and Android platforms.
  • English language proficiency required.
  • Full EU driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel to various sites when required
